Role Description
This is a full time role for a Logistics 3PL Business Development position. The role is located in Toronto, ON but some remote work is acceptable. The Logistics 3PL Business Development candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of developing new client prospects, analyzing market trends, identifying supply chain management solutions, managing customer service needs, developing freight strategies with the team, and creating and ensuring client satisfaction through logistics 3PL services.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to identify market trends and create supply chain management solutions
- Customer service skills to manage the needs of clients.
- Practical knowledge of supply chain management and logistics 3PL solutions
- Export expertise and understanding of international trade regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field is an asset
- 3+ years of experience in a sales managerial or business development role in the logistics 3PL industry, with a strong sales track record and established network (MUST HAVE)
- Strong understanding of the Canadian marketplace and regulations, as well as knowledge of international market regulations
- Bilingual a plus (French / English)
